Excerpt from Anna Quindlen's A Short Guide to a Happy Life: "...Life is made of moments, small pieces of silver amidst long stretches of tedium. It would be wonderful if they came to us unsummoned, but particularly in lives as busy as the ones most of us lead now, that won't happen. We have to teach ourselves now to live, really live...to love the journey, not the destination."
is the amount I'm running in the morning! It's all I can think about today. Guess what will be waiting for me when I get back....? That's right! I'll have time to think about solving the world's financial crisis, who will be the better President, etc. But this, my friends, will be on my mind to get me through it!!!
Isn't that the best thing about running so long? But "thinking things out" is a close, close second in my book. Not that I run, but during my walks/bikes...
Totally unrelated, but a while back you talked about furniture from Club Furniture. Did you end up getting anything? If so, are you happy with it? I'd love to hear more...

Good luck tomorrow! 15 miles is a looooong way, but I know you'll do it with ease!
Mmmmm. Now I want a donut. But with my measly 30 minutes on the elliptical, I think I only would earn a bite!

I ran 9.5 yesterday and calmed my mind after an earlier freakout about the upcoming election.
