A good find...
as I continue on my quest to eat all natural foods..I discovered this. Ficoco is made from figs and cocoa...two of my favorite things! Although I love Nutella like nobody's business, I don't like the fact that it's high in fat. I spread Ficoco on one of those mini whole wheat bagels and it's Heaven on Earth. No fat and only 60 calories...and it's all natural! I found mine at Whole Foods, but I'm sure there are other stores that carry it too...

Oh, and I found wholey guacamole in the local grocery.
I'll check out Wegmans next time I go. I can't have Nutella in the house because things get really ugly, really fast.

We used to have Nutella when we would visit in Germany! It's yummy. I hadn't thought about buying it here. :)

Is it really as good as nutella?? I am in love with nutella, and I found a "diet" or suggested snack list for dieters that actually listed nutella on an apple as a good snack. Probably not good for me to read that because I now have an excuse to eat it!! :)
