A full plate...
Just not feeling inspired lately. We have a lot going on right now and I will post about it later. It has a lot to do with one of the twins, Brady. There's just not much to say yet, as we don't really know what is wrong. There's something that just happens to a mother when she thinks there is the possibility that "something may be wrong" with her child. Like I said, we are just starting the investigative process and he has been referred to be seen by a physical therapist. The bottom line is that he is 15 months old and not walking yet. He crawls extremely well and he pulls up and cruises...he's just on his tip-toes most of the time. I have already done the "internet research" which can be a terrible, terrible thing sometimes...and the fact that I am a special education teacher doesn't make it any better either. So if you do pray, please say a prayer that he's going to be fine....I'll keep posting because it makes me feel better to get my thoughts in print.

Hey you--
I will pray. Don't spend too much time on the Internet! With G's ongoing eye issue, after reading on the Internet I was sure he was blind in one eye. More than 8 months later, they still don't know what is going on and I *know* how frustrating that can be!!!
BTW, two of my very closest friends in my old neighborhood had children that walked at 17 and 18 months.
Hang in there!
Brady will be in my prayers. My 2nd didn't walk until 15 months. Due to his health issues, we visited Children's Hospital frequently. They would always ask me if he was hitting his milestones and it made me panic. Then one day he started walking finally!
sending you prayers and good vibes.
I'll be sending good thoughts to Brady and the rest of you.
I'm sorry that you are going through all of that!
We will be thinking of you- and don't read too much on the internet. A.F's son N (I think you know who I mean) did not walk until almost 19 months or something close to that. I hope all turns out ok, and we are here for you if you need us!
Keep positive and always go with that motherly instinct! If you don't like what the 'medical' professional says, go to someone else... until you are comfortable. I'll be praying for good news!
I know you feel like you are "in limbo," but remember, whatever the outcome, he is still your son, and you will still love him for who he is, no matter what that turns out to be, which may be nothing at all. My brother didn't walk until 16 months and he was the star of his lacrosse team throughout high school and college!
Prayers sent!!! My daughter did not walk until well after a year. I think she was probably almost 14 months. I feel your worry! Please keep us posted.
